I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot or via affordable rides. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with great amenities, but my dining experience could have been improved with better breakfast options. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were friendly, others felt a bit overwhelmed and untrained. Still, given the price, it's a place I'd consider returning to.
